Welcome to MojiMusth ("we", "our", "us"). MojiMusth is a short-video creation and sharing platform with a marketplace that allows users to upload content and buy or sell products (the “Services”).
By using MojiMusth, you agree to this Privacy Policy & Terms of Use. This policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), and aligns with Google Play, GDPR (EU), and COPPA (US) requirements where applicable.
Users may see promotional or sponsored content. Ad personalization, where applicable, may be managed through device or app settings.
We process personal data based on user consent, contractual necessity, and legitimate interests such as platform security and fraud prevention.
We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or government authority.
MojiMusth is not intended for users under 18 years of age (India) or under 13 years (US). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Any such data will be deleted promptly.
MojiMusth acts only as a technology intermediary. We do not own, manufacture, or control products listed by users.
Sellers are responsible for product accuracy, legality, pricing, and delivery. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for transactions and disputes.

Users must upload only content (videos, images, audio) that they have created themselves or for which they have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.
Uploading copyrighted, pirated, or reused third-party content from other apps, websites, or social media platforms without authorization is strictly prohibited.
MojiMusth provides an in-app Report option to report copyright infringement or unauthorized third-party content.
Upon receiving a valid report, MojiMusth will review and take appropriate action within 24 to 48 hours. Actions may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
We use automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited content, including adult, pornographic, nude, illegal, violent, or abusive material. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
MojiMusth may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, and Razorpay to operate and improve the Services.
User data is stored on secure servers in India. We use encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect personal information.
Users may delete their account via App Settings → Delete Account. Deleted data is removed from public view, though certain data may be retained temporarily for legal, tax, or security purposes.
The app may request access to Camera, Microphone, Storage, Location (optional), and Internet. Denying permissions may limit some features.
Purchases are final except as required by Indian law. Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
