Welcome to MojiMusth ("we", "our", "us"). MojiMusth provides a platform for short video reels and a marketplace for buying and selling products (the "Services"). Note: This policy complies with Indian laws (IT Act, 2000 & Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and is also designed to align with Google Play, COPPA (US), and GDPR (EU) requirements.

• Account & Profile Data: Name, email, profile picture, username
• Content You Provide: Photos, videos, product listings, reviews, messages
• Location: Only if you allow access
• Device & Technical Info: Device ID, OS, IP address, log files
• Payment & Transaction Data: Only through Google Play Billing or approved payment partners. Full card details are never stored

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and maintain the Services
• Process transactions via Google Play Billing
• Personalize content, recommendations, and ads
• Ensure platform safety and detect abuse or fraud
• Respond to support requests and enforce Terms of Use

4. Legal Basis & Consent

By using MojiMusth and submitting your data, you consent to its collection, storage, and processing. We rely on consent, contractual necessity, and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, platform safety) as the legal basis for processing personal data.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Services are not intended for users under 18 (India) or under 13 (US). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. Any discovered data will be deleted promptly.

6. Coins & Payments

• Google Play Billing is mandatory for all in-app purchases
• Coins are for in-app use only, non-transferable, and have no cash value
• Verified payment errors may result in wallet credit at MojiMusth discretion

• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent where applicable

8. Data Security & Storage

9. Third-Party Content & Ads

• Users must upload content they own or have permission to use
• Unauthorized copyrighted content is prohibited
• Third-party SDKs (Firebase, Google Analytics, Razorpay) may collect technical data

10. Content Moderation

Automated and manual review detects prohibited content (nudity, adult, illegal). Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or account termination.

11. Account Deletion & Retention

Accounts can be deleted via app settings → Delete Account. Data is removed from public view, but may be retained briefly for legal, tax, or security reasons.
